To hold an allotment
- Contact Liam Russel 0401 333 851 or Tom Maher 0408 910 497 to hold your preferred allotment. We suggest phoning your agent so that there is no delay with securing your preferred allotment.
- Once the allotment is held, you will be required to complete the ‘Intention to purchase form’, click here. This form is to be completed within 24 hours of the allotment being held.
Holding Deposit – to be paid within 4 hours of the allotment being held.
Please transfer your $1,000 holding deposit into our trust account. Contact your agent for the account details.
Please include your surname and Lot no. as a reference when transferring your holding deposit.
A Contract Of Sale will then be prepared and sent to both you and your solicitor/conveyancer who will review the Contract and arrange for you to sign.
